SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping shall be available within west Malaysia

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Products are available for exchange or refund only if it is made within seven (7) calendar days following the delivery date, with any of the following condition: -

 

  1. The product(s) received are damaged/torn/flawed; and/or
  2. The product(s) received are not what you’ve ordered.

 

All products (including all parts, accessories, free gifts and etc) intended for exchange or refund MUST: -

 

  1. Have its tags and packaging retained; and
  2. Not in used, damaged, destroyed or by any means that render such products to be in a condition that is different from its state while receive; and
  3. Provide us the original tax invoices and/or order number;
  4. Bank details in Shipping Label if payment is made via MolPay or Cash-on-Delivery.
